The incumbent will assist licensees and applicants with all aspects of the exam registration, online portal, course registration and annual licence renewal, and will escal...This is a two-year contract with an approximate start date of December 1, 2026 - August 31, 2027Duties and ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls and emails, assisting with inquiries within areas of responsibility (exam registration,
annual licence renewal, course registration and licence application), and elevate requests to the examinations, practice, education and licensing teams as appropriateRespond to voicemail messages and elevate inquiries as appropriateOrdering office suppliesShipping and receiving boxes for Iron MountainProvides reception and mail coverage, as requiredProvides support for in-person Council meetings in the office, or other meetings as requiredUnderstanding of Council operations and detailed knowledge of exam registration requirements, annual licence renewal and licence application processAssists with testing for portal system improvements.Handles and completes other duties and projects as assigned by Manager.Qualifications and Experience2-year administrative diploma, preferredExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailPunctual, dependable, and able to function well under pressureAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood time management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and deal with multiple concurrent tasksGood word processing skills, with a typing speed of 45 wpmAbility to lift up to 20lbs
