Join The Salvation Army as a Compassionate Justice Support Worker and positively impact the lives of individuals in need. This role requires dedication to fostering a supportive and respectful residential environment for men coming out of federal prisons.Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all residents receive the necessary support, addressing both their needs and participation in rehabilitation programs. You will conduct regular checks, document resident behaviors, and uphold a nurturing community atmosphere. Partnering with a Case Management Team,



you will ensure residents understand available resources and receive the supervision they require.Key Responsibilities:Ensure a secure and nurturing environment for residentsMonitor resident activities and document behaviorsFacilitate medical assistance and referralsMaintain compliance with program policiesd
- Conduct fire drills and security checksRequirements:Two-year college program in Corrections or Social ServicesMinimum one year experience with paroleesCertification in Crisis Intervention and First Aid/CPRStrong ability to maintain confidentialityAwareness of cultural differences and community needsServe with purpose and integrity, positively influencing the lives of those transitioning to a new beginning.
