This role leads the HR, payroll and advantages functions, overseeing a multi-provincial team and partnering with senior leaders to strengthen HR practices during a period of growth and acquisitions. The ideal candidate has extensive HR generalist experience (15+ years), proven payroll leadership, and Quebec payroll expertise.
