This role will manage delivery streams supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, including business process transformation, data migration, integration replacement, and organizational change activities. The position works within a complex enterprise setting involving multiple operating companies, executive stakeholders, and cross-functional technology teams. Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM , Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors Experience managing

multi-vendor engagements , system integrator implementations, and complex contracts Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related subject Nice to Have Experience with public sector and unionized environments Experience with organizational change management initiatives Experience managing large budgets, forecasting,



and status reporting Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint Responsibilities Develop business cases and supporting project artifacts Prepare project planning documents using BTS project management methodology and templates Execute and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, procurement, quality, risk, and communications activities Direct internal and external project resources including analysts, developers, architects, and quality assurance teams Prepare and communicate monthly and ad hoc project status reports to stakeholders and steering committees Manage project schedules and monitor adherence to key milestones Oversee technical delivery activities including design, testing, deployment, and change management Our transportation client is seeking a
