You will oversee the day‐to‐day operations of a 55+ person department focused on experimental development manufacturing, prototyping, and production part repairs.You will lead a diverse team, implement continuous improvement projects, and ensure safety, quality, and on‐time delivery while coordinating with engineering, programming, logistics, and maintenance.
