You will report to the Senior Helpdesk Manager in a highly collaborative, client‐focused environment.Responsibilities include daily ticket management, explicit user guidance, and escalation of complex issues to the appropriate level of support, with a focus on maintaining high user satisfaction and seamless IT operations across divisions.
