Position SummaryKCR Community Resources is seeking a Payroll Administrator (Part-Time) to support accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing. This role works closely with Finance and People & Culture to ensure payroll, benefits, statutory holiday pay, and employee pay changes are administered with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.Reporting Structure:Director of FinanceKey ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing & AdministrationPrepare and process hourly and salaried payroll accurately and on timeConvert and reconcile payroll data between BambooHR and PayworksConfirm statutory holiday pay reports, including time-and-a-half calculationsCalculate time-off adjustments and payroll corrections as requiredPrepare T4s and other required payroll documentationBenefits, Changes & Employee RecordsCalculate and reconcile employee benefit rates, including for terminated employeesProcess employee terminations, ROEs, and final pay, including vacation pay payoutsEnter and confirm payroll exceptions related to changes in departments or pay ratesSupport & CollaborationRespond to payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional mannerWork collaboratively with Managers, Finance,



and People & Culture to ensure payroll accuracyAssist with special payroll or finance-related projects as assignedQualifications & SkillsMinimum 3 years of Canadian payroll experienceStrong knowledge of provincial employment standards and payroll legislationExperience with Payworks and BambooHR is considered an assetPayroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation preferredStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExcellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to handle confidential informationHours of WorkPart-time: 10 hours per week (schedule to be discussed)About KCR Community Resources:KCR is a not-for-profit agency fostering diversity, collaboration, and resourcefulness by tailoring services to meet the community, family, and individual needs.
