This role focuses on basic, routine tasks and works as part of a supportive team. This position reports to the Customer Service Warehouse Supervisor and completes tasks assigned by the warehouse lead.Reporting to: Customer Service Warehouse SupervisorDuties and ResponsibilitiesKeeps the yard, warehouse, and repair shop areas clean and tidy.Organizes supplies, packaging,



and storage materials.Monitors the equipment and inventory levels and notify the supervisor of any shortagesEnsure that all equipment is properly labeled and within company standardsSafe and courteous operation of NorthStar Equipment Rentals vehicles and equipment at all timesSupports the warehouse staff or equipment technicians with basic, assigned tasks.Assists the Washbay Attendant with tasks as requiredFollows NorthStar core values: Can-Do Attitude, Respect Others, Team Success, Lead with Courage, Deliver Results.Performs other basic, job‐related tasks as assigned.Skills and QualificationsNo previous experience requiredPossess a High School Diploma or GED equivalentMust have a clean and valid class 5 Alberta driver's licenseA highly motivated individual with robust communication skills, capable of working independently and efficiently in a fast‐paced environmentAbility to lift and carry up to 50lbsMust be able to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to follow clear, step‐by‐step instructionsAbility to perform light physical tasks such as walking, standing, and light liftingWillingness to learn and work as part of a teamSupport and guidance will be provided as needed
