Job DescriptionSeeking a Business Analyst with solid AML, Financial Crime, Compliance, and Risk experience to support banking and financial services initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesGather and document business/functional requirements for AML and Risk projects.Work with Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology stakeholders.Analyze KYC, CDD/EDD, transaction monitoring, sanctions, and financial crime processes.Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, business rules, and acceptance criteria.Perform data analysis, mapping, reconciliation, and validation using SQL/Excel.Support UAT, defect management, implementation, and production releases.Identify process gaps, risks, controls, and opportunities for automation.Support regulatory change and remediation initiatives.
