Our client is currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Manager for a full-time leadership opportunity. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with backgrounds in warehouse management, inventory control, distribution operations, workforce planning, logistics, and continuous improvement.Pay Rate: $75000-$100000/ yearLocation: Whitby, ONJob type: Permanent | Full-timeVacancy Status: This posting is for an existing vacancy.Responsibilities:Warehouse LeadershipLead, coach, and develop warehouse employees and supervisors.Drive productivity, KPI performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.Support workforce planning and daily operational execution.Inventory & OperationsManage inbound receiving activities and inventory accuracy.Oversee cycle counts and annual inventory processes.Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow efficiency.Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, IT,



and Inventory teams.Support operational priorities and ensure service expectations are met.Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.Oversee facility maintenance programs and vendor relationships.Manage external contractors and building-related activities.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 5 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience.Solid background in warehouse operations, inventory control, and workforce planning.Experience monitoring KPIs and driving operational performance.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).Experience with AS400 is considered an asset.Forklift certification is considered an asset.Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
