Join Charlie Lake Elementary School as a Certified Education Assistant and Crossing Guard. Support students' educational growth while ensuring their safety during crossing hours in this fulfilling role.This role combines educational assistance with crossing guard duties, providing four hours daily support and one hour managing traffic safety. Your collaboration with teachers and District personnel will enhance the learning experience for students with varied needs.



A robust candidate will support students in achieving their academic goals and managing their behavioral development effectively.Key Responsibilities:Provide instructional support as directed by classroom teachersConstruct and maintain instructional materials and activitiesSupervise student activities during lessons and on the playgroundImplement behavior management strategies as outlinedAssist students with personal care and safety needsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentEducation Assistant Certificate with relevant trainingMust maintain current CPI status and First Aid certificationAbility to foster positive relationships with studentsClear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Records SearchSupport educational growth and safety at Charlie Lake Elementary through this dynamic role.
