By maintaining a safe and clean work environment, supporting consistent operating practices, and collaborating across teams, the role contributes to reliable production, strong customer service, and overall operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate and assist in all packaging operations to meet production and shipping schedulesWork in compliance with company and regulatory policiesReport unusual incidents and accidents and assist in developing corrective measuresWork closely with all departments and crew leaders to ensure that internal and external customers are being adequately servicedAssist in on-the-job trainingMaintain production documentsMaintain a clean and safe workstation and areaOther duties as requiredRequirementsMust be over the age of 19Mechanical aptitude and trouble-shooting abilityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsWorking experience with high speed packaging machine &/or fast-paced environment an assetWork rotational shift (day, night & afternoon) every 2 or 3 weeksWork in a fast-paced,
