AsamemberofourEstimatingTeam,youwillgainpracticalknowledgeoflocalFire&LifeSafetyregulations,ourservices,andourcustomercentricapproachtobestsupportourclientsandinternalteams. AsanEstimatoryouwillberesponsibleforcreatingquotationsfordeficienciesandrepairsresultingfromannualinspections,servicecalls,repairvisits,andregularmaintenancevisits. Youwillcollaboratecloselywithourbusinessdevelopmentandoperationsteamstoensureseamlessprojectexecutionandclientsatisfaction.



Thispositionoffersanexcitingopportunitytocontributetothegrowthandsuccessofourorganizationwhileworkinginadynamicandcollaborativeenvironment.Objectives&ResponsibilitiesoftheEstimator:Convertinspectionreportsintoapresentableformatforourclientsbyreviewing,editing,andfinalizingdata.Createquotationsbasedonnoteddeficiencies/repairsontheinspectionreportsand/orworkscopes.Createthequotation/proposalcoverletter.Liaisewithsuppliersandvendorsforpricingasneeded.CommunicateandcoordinatewithFieldTechnicianstoverifyinformationoninspectionreportand/orworkscopetoensureQuotationsareaccurateandallencompassing.Followdepartmentguidelinesandmetricsasadvisedtoachievecompanystrategicgoals.Assistandsupportinternaldepartmentsasrequired.CollaboratewithAccountManagersandOperationsregardingspecialorurgentrequests.Communicatecriticalinformationtocolleaguespertainingtovendors,products,equipment,pricing,andcompetitors.Maintainclearandopenlinesofcommunicationwithinternalteammemberstocontributetoanefficientworkflowprocess.Adheretoandpromotethecompany'scorevalues,processes,policiesandOccupationalHealthandSafetyprotocols.Additionaldutiesastheymayarise.OURIDEALCANDIDATE:Youareanenthusiasticandoptimisticindividualseekingacareerfullofgrowthandbelieveinourcorevalues; Youprioritizecustomersatisfactionbycreatingconnectionandvalueempoweringothers.
