The places we go, the elements we brave, the promises we deliver -it's all possible because of our people.So, whether you're looking to build new skills, make an impact in your community, or inspire your team,we go therefor you.DescriptionThe Janitor maintains a clean and orderly terminal / warehouse building to meet Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standards.ResponsibilitiesMaintain clean and orderly terminal / warehouse buildings and facilities (e.G., washrooms, cafeteria, Courier stock supply rooms, etc.)Meets Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) standardsComplete minor repairs (e.G., switching lightbulbs, unclogging toilets, etc.)Maintain outside of building - shoveling (snowblower), litter removal, emptying garbage, saltingTidy up after AM dock - removing bad pallets, moving Canada Post (CP) cages, light sweeping, re-stocking AM supplies (plastic bags)Collect, stack, and remove pallets requiring storage or repairUse a Zamboni floor cleaner to clean portions of the warehouse floor and maintains the equipment in a positive state of repairMaintain an inventory of cleaning solutions, cleaning supplies, and supplies required to maintain facilities (bathroom tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, etc.).
