This is our Mission.Title: Jr. Inside Sales RepresentativeReports to: Operations ManagerBased at: 1145 Innovation Drive, Suite 200, Kanata ONThe Junior Inside Sales Representative provides operational, procurement, and sales support to internal stakeholders while developing foundational knowledge of IT solutions, customer relationship management, vendor engagement, and sales operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the preparation of hardware, software, professional services, and maintenance quotations.Support deal registrations, special pricing requests, vendor incentive programs, and rebate initiatives.Process customer and vendor purchase orders with a high degree of accuracy.Coordinate procurement activities with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors.Deliver responsive and professional support to customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate records within CRM and ERP systems.Support invoicing, reporting, returns, credits,
