Key Responsibilities: • Process planning applications and review for completeness • Create and distribute public notices and location maps • Assist with pre-consultation application scheduling • Provide backup for Secretary Treasurer of Committee of Adjustment • Attend and take minutes at public meetings and open houses

Requirements: • Diploma in Planning, Geography, or Urban Studies • Minimum one year of planning experience preferred • Knowledge of Ontario Planning legislation • Proficient in application processing software • Strong communication and organizational skills
