processing of initial Employment Ontario application informationScheduling of appointmentsResponding to and/or screening of telephone or switchboard inquiriesSorting of data and input documentsMaintenance of various team recordsProviding caseworker assistance such as scheduling appointmentsProviding employment and social assistance informationAssisting clients with specific problemsDirecting calls to appropriate staff or agenciesSorting and distributing mailOriginating, retrieving, sorting and maintaining filesRecording various team statisticsReceiving emergency calls and determining the extent of the emergency to prioritize appointment schedulingScheduling intake interviews utilizing a computerized scheduling toolPerforming various third party checks through computerized network accessRequesting and sending electronic file transfers internally across offices and externally to other Service ProvidersCommunicating with the public and fellow staff in a tactful and courteous mannerWill perform Occupational Health & Safety duties as outlined in the Corporation's Health and Safety ProgramWill perform other related duties as requiredNote: Please be advised that the initial job placement for this posting will be at the Windsor location. However, applicants are reminded that management reserves and retains its rights to transfer employees and change their work assignment location at any time.Qualifications:Must have an Ontario Secondary School Graduation Diploma or Ontario Ministry of Education Equivalency; Must have over one (1)



year of experience in Customer Service in a Social Services setting; Must have the ability to travel to off site locations in a timely and expedient manner as required.
