The operator is required to perform central control room work primarily performs plant floor work as required to maintain good equipment operation.Shift ScheduleMonday to Friday - DaysTuesday to Saturday - DaysMonday to Friday - AfternoonsMonday to Friday - NightsOVERTIME DURING THE WEEK AND WEEKENDS WILL BE REQUIRED AS NECESSARYKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the safe, efficient, and environmentally sound operation of the rendering/Equacooker system.Follow established operating practices and standard operating proceduresResponsible for continuously monitoring and making appropriate corrective adjustments as required to maintain the processes under control e.G. production rates, flow rates, levels, temperatures and steam heating, pressures, residence time, etc.Responsible for maximizing process throughput and operating the equipment as intended without causing material plugs and spills, damage to equipment, causing a risk to health and safety, or negatively impacting the environmentResponsible for reporting and recording all shift activities, events, reportable incidents,



production information, maintenance issues, and other data as required (e.G.
