This role combines technical program management with infrastructure coordination, vendor oversight, and service transition planning to ensure successful project delivery in a regulated workplace. You will partner with cross-functional teams to manage risks, dependencies, and implementation readiness, driving high-quality outcomes that support secure and modern workplace experiences.What You'll Do:Lead end-to-end delivery of IT,, and workplace/AV deployment projects, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget targets are metManage workplace technology rollouts (AV systems, collaboration tools, office infrastructure) in partnership with construction and facilities teamsOversee vendor management including AV integrators, contractors, and technology providersCoordinate infrastructure readiness across network, security, and workplace platformsDevelop project plans, timelines, risk logs, and dependency tracking mechanismsDrive risk identification, mitigation planning,



and issue resolution across stakeholdersLead governance, reporting, and compliance tracking within a regulated environmentPlan and execute service transition activities, including change management, training, and operational handoffBasic Requirements:4+ years of experience in IT project management,, or workplace technology deploymentsProven experience managing cross-functional projects with vendors and internal stakeholdersHands-on experience with AV deployments, workplace technology rollout, or infrastructure projectsStrong project planning, dependency management, and risk mitigation experienceAbility to coordinate across network, security, and workplace systemsExperience with project governance, reporting, and compliance processesSkilled in stakeholder communication and executive reportingPreferred Skills / ExperienceExperience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or similar)Background managing large new buildouts, renovations, and decommissioning technology projectsFamiliarity with workplace transformation programs (smart offices, hybrid collaboration tools)Experience managing construction or facilities-related technology deploymentsKnowledge of service transition frameworks (ITIL or similar)Familiar with reading floor plans and blueprintsStrong data analysis and reporting skills for program insightsBachelor's degree in IT, Engineering,
