IATA's Business Intelligence Services team is seeking a Specialist to support day-to-day BIS operations and data delivery, reporting to the Senior Manager DDS Operations. You will assist with contract implementation, data validation, and customer success support across BIS products.The role requires a university degree and 3-5 years in BI operations, plus strong English communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset in a multicultural setting.
