The Esthetician provides esthetic treatments and services to client specifications and as per Holt Renfrew standards.Specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:Provide facial and other skin treatments, using specialized products and techniques in accordance with department standards and client specificationsRecommend appropriate products based on analysis of client needsDevelop a personal clientele and build client loyaltyExecute promotions as instructed by Sales Manager, including booking clients, setting up outposts and preparing special offersFollow up with clients on services offeredMeet or exceed sales targetsSend "Thank you" notes to all first time clientsEnsure treatments are completed as per schedule in a thorough,



qualified mannerPerform stock keeping duties as requiredEnsure cabins are kept neat and clean at all timesEnsure all equipment is in good working orderWork in partnership with (Designated) Beauty Advisors to ensure clients are booked to effectively maximize productivityWorks collaboratively with all counters in the achievement of mutual goalsComply with all Health & Safety policies and requirementsThe ideal candidate:High School diplomaProfessional make-up artistry training and aesthetics certification2-3 years experience in a similar capacityThe measures of success:Contribution to financial and customer growth objectivesIndividual objectives linked to the achievement of department goalsFeedback from internal and external clients
