This role works across the finishing process - including blasting, body work, surface preparation, priming, and top coating - to produce durable, high-quality finishes on agricultural equipment and components.What You'll Be DoingPerform blasting and surface preparation to achieve the required profile, cleanliness, and coating readinessComplete body work and surface repair, including sanding, filling, and finishing to meet quality standardsApply primer and topcoat finishes according to specifications while maintaining consistent coverage, film build, and appearanceInspect work throughout the finishing process to verify coating quality and surface condition, correcting or escalating issues as requiredOperate and support paint system equipment, including pumps, catalyst systems, and related coating equipmentMaintain coating materials and ensure the paint area remains organized, stocked, and production-readyMaintain a clean, safe,
