As an Industrial Security Supervisor, you will oversee daily security operations, lead a team of security professionals, support access control and patrol activities, respond to incidents, and ensure site security standards are consistently met. and administration of access cards and credentialsMonitor daily security operations and ensure site standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followedComplete and review daily activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely mannerRespond to operational issues and incidents, providing strong leadership and sound decision-making in a fast-paced industrial environmentWork closely with the client and site leadership to address security concerns and maintain a high level of servicePerform other security and supervisory duties as requiredQualifications For Security SupervisorBe authorized to work in CanadaHold a BC valid security licenseFirst aid certification - OFA 1 - RequiredMinimum 6 months of supervisory experience in security or a related field.Minimum 6 months of industrial security experience.Experience leading teams, coordinating operations, and addressing employee concerns.Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in report writing and incident documentation.Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced industrial environment.Comfortable working independently for extended periods when required.Strong situational awareness and sound judgment are essential.This could be more than a job!
