Alzheimer's trained licensed professional staff on site 24 hours a day conduct meaningful engagements personalized to each residents preferences. Our residents will enjoy elegantly furnished private and semi private suites with a personal bathroom.Job DescriptionPosition SummaryResponsible for meeting and greeting residents, guests, suppliers and vendors in a memory care setting. Monitors visitors entering the building and ensures that they sign-in. Answers/transfers incoming phone calls and handles switchboard to respond to all communication needs and inquiries.Essential Job FunctionsServe as receptionist and greet all guests, suppliers and vendors, and outside service providers.Distribute packages, business mail and magazines.Provide on-going switchboard telephone coverage.Monitor closed circuit security TV cameras and fire board alarm (where applicable).Maintain security for admittance to all entries accessible to the public.Prepare maintenance work orders as requested by residents and staff.Prepare correspondence, memos, and other documents.Responsible for data entry of general resident information using computer software system.The Community embraces a culture of hospitality.
