As the Parts Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing sales and technical support to our Parts customers and the Service department, in addition to managing the receiving, delivery, and inventory of parts and accessories.As a Parts Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:Selling parts products and providing excellent service to customersContributing to the achievement of branch revenue and margin targetsProviding multiple solutions for pricing and parts availability for requested quotesFollowing up on outstanding quotes,



working to close all possible ordersProviding Service Technicians with required partsOverseeing inventory and requesting required partsSupporting with the shipping and receiving of inbound and outbound ordersCollecting payment from customers and following up to ensure customer satisfactionProcessing customer credits and returns efficientlyRecording all sales transactions and verifying receiving documentsRequired Skills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:At least two years of experience in a related parts sales roleExperience with material handling, or heavy equipment parts is a robust assetStrong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)A customer-oriented mindsetExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills, time management skills, and attention to detailConfident self-starter with the ability to work effectively autonomouslyThe base pay range for this role is: $52,000 to $55,000 per year depending on experience, plus commission.This is an onsite role based in Coquitlam, British Columbia.Leavitt Machinery would like to thank all applicants for their interest; however, only qualifiedapplicants will be contacted by Talent Acquisition for an interview.
