Actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment. This is a sales position for Western and Central Newfoundland.Here's Where You'll Have An ImpactSales - Customer offeringUnderstand and respond to local market needs and competitionDemonstrate superior account management skillsDevelop deep and broad product knowledge to provide effective presentations to potential customersRole model and reinforce customer service expectations daily for all staffDevelop strong working relationships with Occupational Therapists,



nursing and other allied healthcare professionals in territoryRespond quickly and knowledgeably to customer inquiresFinancialAchieve monthly and yearly sales targets and report as required on progressParticipate with manager on planning and forecasting sales and growth areas for the businessEnsure corporate credit card is paid in full each monthSubmit properly completed expense reportsPersonal/Qualified DevelopmentAttend training as requiredMaintain knowledge of current industry trendsEmployee EngagementDemonstrate positive, productive customer service and co-worker relationships dailyProvide feedback as to how to improve our offering for our customers and environment for our staffOther DutiesOrder equipment and EMRAdhere to and implement all applicable company standardsCoordinate maintenance of store equipment and repairsAs requested by the companyRequired3 years sales experienceValid driver's license and clean abstractComputer skillsAbility to lift 50 poundsStrong communication, customer service and organizational skillsKnowledge of the experience in the rehab and mobility industryHigh school or equivalentRelated industry experienceOther RequirementsTwo-person lift required for weights exceeding 50lbsAbility to stand for long periods of timePhysical work including; but not limited to bending, lifting,
