As a Service Delivery Assistant, you'll support exams, client service, and day-to-day operations that help communities and local economies thrive.About the jobThe Service Delivery Assistant supports employment and training services that help people build skills, find work, and access opportunities across Ontario. This role is part of a regional team that works with service providers, employers, and community partners to support strong local labour markets.In this position, you help keep services running smoothly and fairly. You'll work in a busy, public facing environment, supporting clients in person, by phone, and by email. You support clients at key points in their journey, handle information and payments accurately, and provide reliable administrative support. Your work helps ensure programs and exams are delivered consistently, securely, and on time.This role offers exposure to a range of administrative and customer service activities.You will:support a well-organized office setting by preparing complete documents, maintaining secure records, and helping clients understand next stepsprovide clear and helpful information to clients, employers, and coworkers by explaining programs, requirements, and processesreview, enter, and update client and program information accurately, while protecting privacy and confidentialityprocess payments and related paperwork, including fees, invoices, receipts, and deposits, and follow up when records do not matchprepare and organize letters, forms, simple reports, and files, and help keep supplies and materials up to datework with coworkers and partners to support smooth,
