This role helps ensure programs are delivered consistently, effectively and in alignment with organizational goals while supporting community partnerships and program improvement. Preference for this position will be given to those who live South of Calgary.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Delivery & SupportBuild and maintain relationships with intervention partnership sites across AlbertaSupport implementation and delivery of intervention programsAssist with integrating research and emerging practices into program deliveryPeer SupportIdentify, develop and engage with peer support partner sites across Alberta in collaboration with the Peer Support CoordinatorImplement, maintain, and support program delivery based on program designReal TalkIdentify, develop and engage with Real Talk partnerships and opportunities across Alberta in collaboration with the Real Talk CoordinatorEngage in facilitation of Real Talk program, including leading workshops and partnership collaboration internally and externallyVolunteerSupport implementation of volunteer standards, policies, procedures and guidelines with direction from agency leadershipSupport screening, onboarding, training,
