Dilawri Group is now actively searching for aNew CarSales Managerto join the team atMarkham Honda.

Pay Rate: $120,000 to $160,000 annual, this is inclusive of base and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise, direct and lead all aspects of theDealership Sales Department
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentagerating at all times
- Work with the Service Manager to ensure quickpreparation of recent vehicles for delivery




- Conduct regular meetings with sales staff to plan,modify and review all current issues and programs
- Keep updated on all manufacturer and financialinstitutions current product, program, promotions, and ensure that allstaff understand factory programs
- Promote ongoing training, including daily andweekly sales team meetings
- Ensure that all required provincial licensing andregulatory requirements are followed

Qualifications:

- Strong leadership abilities
- Effective negotiation skills, with the ability tomake sound decisions
- Experience in auto sales preferred
- Two (2) years of management experience
- Valid OMVIC License preferred
