The Nash, located in the historic National Hotel in Inglewood, is looking for experienced line cooks to fill out their team on a full-time permanent basis. The line cook is responsible for several functions including, but not limited to, food preparation, inventory control, and expert time management. The successful candidate will have a passion for cooking fine cuisine in a creative, professional team setting, and will have a minimum of 1 year experience in this role.
