Entry Level Desktop Support / Admin / EngineerContract role. Duration: 6 months C2H / 6 months contract. Location: Maritime Region (Halifax, NS / New Brunswick / Prince Edward Island). Start Date: July.Fresher / Jr Support with decent skill or knowledge about desktop support.Responsibilities:Daily support, troubleshooting, identifying and resolving co‐workers desktop and mobile technology challenges.Configuration, installation, and implementation of office technology infrastructure as needed.Work in a trouble ticket system.Desire to learn other tools as needed.Solid people skills and a knack for problem solving.Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving technical issues.Contact: Arun Kumar, Lead Recruiter, CSI Consulting.
