This role provides front-line customer service and administrative support to members, pensioners, beneficiaries, employers, and third parties by responding to inquiries, processing member requests, maintaining accurate records, supporting online services, and ensuring privacy and service standards are met.Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum 2 years working in a customer service environmentMultilingual; English, Italian, Portuguese, French, or Spanish is an assetBenefit Plan administration skills /experience is an assetPost-Secondary Education (University Degree or College Diploma is an asset)CEBS and / or PPAC certification is an assetSkills:Solid verbal communication and business writing skillsResearch and analytical skillsAbility to problem solve and recommend solutions as well as implement and executePromote quality improvement and teamworkAdherence to timelinesKey Accountabilities:Provide front line customer service to membership through phone calls, walk-ins, and online platformHaving up front dialogue with members to identify needs and assist as necessaryAssists Pensioners, Beneficiaries,
