If so, we want you to join Falcon Equipment Regina as a Jr. Parts/Shipper Receiver!Job Duties & Responsibilities:Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by examining contents and comparing with records such as manifests, invoices, or ordersPrepare documents such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materialsDetermine shipping method for materials using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates and review of carrier rates on a regular basisRecord shipment data such as weight, charges, space availability, and damages and discrepancies for reporting, accounting, and recordkeeping purposesContact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materialsDeliver or route materials to associated department(s)
