This is a hands‐on role for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys seeing projects come together from start to finish.You'll install custom outdoor structures such as patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screen systems at residential and commercial sites throughout the Edmonton area.This is a full‐time, long‐term opportunity with room to grow into crew leadership and earn additional income through production bonuses.What You'll Be DoingInstall custom outdoor structures, including patio enclosures, pergolas, louvered roofs, and retractable screensRead and work from drawings, measurements, and installation plansLoad, transport, and organize tools and materialsSafely operate hand and power toolsKeep job sites clean, secure, and professionalCommunicate with customers and represent the company professionallyWork with the Project Manager to keep projects on schedule and meet quality standardsTrain and support other crew members as neededWhat You Must HaveConstruction, carpentry,
