SAP MM P2P Test Lead

Location: Calgary, Canada | Onsite

- Lead end-to-end SAP MM Procure-to-Pay (P2P) testing covering procurement, purchasing, inventory, goods receipt, invoice verification, and payment processes.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, scenarios, scripts, and execution schedules aligned with SAP and business requirements.
- Lead SIT, UAT, functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for SAP MM implementations, enhancements, and system changes.
- Validate key P2P processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, source determination, goods receipts, service procurement, invoice verification, and purchase order closure.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Finance, Accounts Payable, SAP functional teams, technical teams, and business SMEs.
- Validate integrations between SAP MM and FICO, SD, PM, WM/EWM, Ariba, tax,



and external procurement or financial systems.
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, triage, prioritization, root-cause analysis, retesting, regression validation, and closure.
- Ensure test data, material/vendor master data, purchasing conditions, approval workflows, organizational structures, authorizations, and interfaces are properly prepared and validated.
- Track test execution, defect trends, risks, dependencies, test coverage, and KPIs, providing regular status reports and escalation to project leadership.

Drive business sign-off and go-live readiness, ensuring critical SAP MM P2P defects are resolved or formally accepted and supporting post-go-live stabilization.
