and intraoral scanningContinue developing your clinical skills through ongoing learning and continuing educationWork in a patient-centred environment where quality, communication, preparation, and teamwork are valuedReceive competitive compensation based on your experience and qualificationsYour RoleAs a Certified Dental Assistant, you will work closely with the dentist and the rest of our clinical team to provide efficient, comfortable, and high-quality care to our patients.Your responsibilities will include:Providing chairside assistance during a variety of dental proceduresPreparing operatories, instruments, materials, and equipment before proceduresAnticipating the needs of the dentist throughout treatmentTaking and processing digital dental radiographs in accordance with applicable requirementsMaintaining accurate patient records and clinical information using DentrixAssisting with CEREC and digital restorative workflows where applicableFollowing current infection prevention and control protocolsMaintaining clean, organized, properly stocked, and fully prepared treatment roomsAssisting with instrument processing and sterilization as requiredProviding patients with clear pre-operative and post-operative instructionsHelping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for throughout their appointmentsSupporting efficient patient flow and communication between the clinical and administrative teamsContributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequiredGraduate of a recognized Dental Assisting programCertified Dental Assistant Level II qualifications appropriate for intra-oral dutiesNDAEB certification,



where required for Level II dutiesCurrent CPR certificationStrong chairside assisting skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent attention to detailReliable, professional, and punctualAbility to work efficiently while maintaining a high standard of patient careAbility to work effectively as part of a collaborative teamPreferred2+ years of dental assisting experienceCEREC experienceExperience with digital dentistry and intraoral scanningExperience assisting with restorative and cosmetic dentistryExperience assisting with endodontic proceduresExperience with implants, oral surgery, or other advanced proceduresExperience with all of the above is not required.
