Our success is built on strong partnerships with distributors and direct accounts. We are looking for a dynamic team player to maintain a book of current customers and drive growth through account development, technical consultation, and collaborative customer engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor and coach to customers and partners as you grow the Mobil brand and market position.Job Role ResponsibilitiesPrimary Job FunctionsDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to grow lubricant salesConsistently meet or exceed sales quotasFully leverage Salesforce to enable efficient forecasting, pipeline management, account activity and managementDeliver technical value through lubricant recommendations, troubleshooting, differentiated services,



and other solutionsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with direct customers and distributorsDeliver impactful presentations, training sessions, and technical support to direct customers and distributorsPartner with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, technical services) to ensure a seamless customer experienceAnalyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales strategiesMonitor account and portfolio performance, evaluate KPIs, and implement improvement initiativesJob RequirementsAbility to travel 50-75% of the timeBachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), Chemistry, Commerce, Business or related fieldStrong relationship-building and communication skillsHighly organized with excellent follow-up capability and multi-tasking abilityStrong problem-solving, technical acumen and analytical thinking capabilitiesDemonstrated aptitude for learning and adapting in dynamic environmentsCollaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional environmentsPreferred Knowledge/Skills/Experience3–5+ years of experience in technical sales, preferably in lubricants, base oils, chemicals, or calling on industrial facilitiesProven success in driving growth through effective distributor and direct account managementStrong technical understanding of lubrication systems, tribology, and fluid performanceExperience in maintenance, reliability, and/or rotating equipmentProven selling, persuasion and influence skillsProficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office SuiteAn Imperial career is one designed to last.
