PositionTransportation SupervisorLocation: Brampton, ONShift: 6AM - 3PM, flexibility requiredThe Transportation Supervisor is a front-line people leader responsible for the day-to-day execution of transportation operations across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. This role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient delivery performance by coordinating routes, managing drivers, and supporting reliable service execution in a fast-paced, regulated environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily transportation operations to deliver on-time, protected, and productive serviceSupervise, coach, and develop drivers and transportation associatesManage routing, scheduling, and staffing to meet service demandsEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standardsMonitor KPIs and resolve issues to improve delivery performancePartner with DC operations, customer service, and carriers to support executionSupport cost control through resource planning and operational disciplineMaintain accurate records, reporting, and transportation documentationQualifications3–5+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, or distribution1–3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experienceExperience in a DC, fleet, or route-based delivery environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with TMS,



routing or fleet systemsKnowledge of Canadian transportation and safety regulationsExperience working with 3PL carriers or private fleet operationsCompensationWe are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards.
