And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet's beauty for the generations to come.We are looking for: ResearcherBased in Niagara Falls, CANADAA motivated team member who will work collaboratively with a team of scientists to support the Research & Innovation and Business Development activities of the Phosphorus Specialties business.We count on you to:Performing tasks safely and maintaining an organized and safe work environment for self and othersAssisting in the daily routine or non-routine operations of the laboratoryFollowing company policies and procedures as well as complying with all applicable safety regulationsParticipating in site safety programs, including inspections, audits, observations, and safety meetings, while completing all training as scheduledSupporting new product introduction projects and process scale-up campaignsApplying wet chemistry techniques in the synthesis of new or existing productsHandling air sensitive, pyrophoric, and other hazardous chemicals in a safe manner using established proceduresRecording, interpreting, and reporting experimental results in an electronic lab notebook platformCommunicating and formalizing test results in the form of technical and/or monthly reportsMonitoring lab chemical inventory and replenishing supplies as requiredCoordinating various aspects of samples and/or orders,
including preparing and packaging samples for shipping and delivery to customersLiaising with other departments in their activities to meet team goals (e.G. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, qualifications, etc.
and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
