chiller tubes and fire chamber of hot water and steam boilersPerform maintenance on air compressors, air dryer, actuators, regulator, valves and airlines as requiredFirst responder to fire alarm and other emergency codes, fire alarm panel and other related equipment upon the request of the Fire MarshallRespond to elevator troubles, initiate elevator service for breakdowns and entrapments and inform Supervisor any emergency serviceRespond to general maintenance and trouble calls as requested and troubleshoot, repair, or control the problem, consult Supervisor for after hour service callsInspect plant equipment and facility mechanical rooms daily and fill out the necessary log sheetsTest, calibrate, measure, and adjust control devices and space environmental parameters such as temperature, humidity and air flow throughout the facility including patient isolation roomsClose PM and routine work orders on the PDA after completing work assignmentsMaintain Log books and write reports as required and requestedPerform other duties consistent with the job classification, as required and as assigned by the SupervisorIs this role right for you?Must be Certified as a BC Power Class 43 to 5 years field experience would be considered a strong asset,
