This challenging position can be fast pace, multi-tasking and is full of variety.Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a versatile individual to join our team!This position is handling all tasks from handling customer calls, taking orders, receiving, and sending out orders & managing inventory on hand.ResponsibilitiesRepresentative between the company and customer for providing guidance in obtaining parts.Providing support as needed to the service team in expediting, obtaining and tracking parts.Sourcing parts, and/or services, obtaining quotes and negotiating the best value.Sourcing parts can involve looking in a press manual for part numbers and/or drawings.Manage all inventory from organizing products in the stock room, product signage and labelling, recording the receipt of goods,



periodic inventory count.Responsible to keep warehouse clean and organized.Reviews and manages inventory stock for consumables with define delivery timesShipping partsPricing of parts and servicesOrganizing necessary border crossing documents.Assists in creating company best company procedures and standards.Oversee Health & Safety requirements and valuable practices.QualificationsMin of 2 years related experienceMust have strong analytical, negotiating and decision-making skills.Knowledge of QuickBooks an assetKnowledge of customs handling an asset.Purchasing background an assetIntermediate level Microsoft office tool skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Able to work with little supervision.Detail orientedAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.Knowledge in Acumatica is a benefitWorks well in small office environment.Clean Driving license recordFork lift training is an assetKnowledge of the Printing Industry is a strong asset
