As the company continues to grow, they’re looking for a driven, high-performing field-based hunter to be the Territory Sales Manager in Ottawa, ON to join their dynamic sales team.

Location : 100% outside sales / Field-based in Ottawa, Ontario
Salary : Up to $75,000K Base | Realistic OTE $200k+ | Uncapped Commission

What You’ll Do: Hunting New Business: Drive new business through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking.
Meet face-to-face with business owners to provide HR & Health & Safety solutions.
Build lasting relationships with key referral partners.
Exceed sales targets in a dynamic, high-reward environment.
Manage your pipeline effectively using a CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:



10+ years of proven B2B field sales experience.
A True Hunter: 100% in the field drive new revenue, No Account Management (aka “farming”) experience
Experience selling services or intangible products.
Strong consultative selling skills with a value-driven approach.
Confidence in selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.
A valid G driver’s license (this is a field-based role).
A competitive, results-driven mindset and a passion for sales success.
