Sun. - Thurs. 11p-8a (90 hrs. biweekly) (vehicle required) (Female only & Vehicle Required)The job responsibilities are as follows:Daily supporting clients to work towards their Individual Support Plan - client goals and identified measurable outcomes.Performing a thorough and complete shift exchange with previous shift.Using Catalyst system while administering medications to clients on time and checking/receiving medication that arrive while on shift.Maintaining a clean, secure, and comfortable environment for clients.Making Guardians feel welcome into the client's residences and communicating/interacting with guardians of clients as directed by the site supervisor.Supporting client's care needs such as: hygiene, dressing, making beds, toileting, etc.Assisting and monitoring clients through the entire shift.Completing, reading, and maintaining all required documentation.Planning for, preparing,



and documenting meals and snacks for clients.Performing other administrative duties such as weekly confirmations, order money, end of the month client service updates, send in occupancy reports, and any other assigned tasks.Performing daily and weekly household duties such as: dusting, washing walls, vacuuming, cleaning, laundry, washing windows, shovelling snow, cleaning bathrooms, washing dishes, etc. ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients.What You Bring:A caring, reliable, and person-centered approachStrong communication skills – ASL proficiency is highly preferredValid First Aid-CPR Level C Certificate is a mandate.Valid police information check with vulnerable sector is mandate.Willingness to follow established policies, procedures, and support plansFlexibility to work a variety of shifts (days/evenings/weekends)Previous experience in disability services or human services is an assetSupportive and inclusive work cultureOngoing training and professional developmentMeaningful work that makes a daily differenceOpportunities to grow your career in a respected, community-focused organization
