The ideal candidate should have experience with Civil 3D, Carlson Survey, or MicroStation, along with a solid understanding of surveying principles and data processing.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and edit land surveying and civil CAD drawings using Civil 3D based on survey data, control, and design intentDraft topographic and boundary plans derived from field survey data, LiDAR, and point cloudsProcess and reference point cloud data in Autodesk ReCap for use in Civil 3D workflowsCreate and manage existing ground surfaces from survey points and LiDAR classificationsInterpret survey information to represent existing grades, breaklines, and terrain accuratelyAssist in the preparation of grading plans, including existing and proposed grade representationDraft and verify property boundaries, including bearings, distances, monuments, and survey limitsApply correct survey conventions, notation,
