This supported entry experience is designed to help participants begin their careers with confidence, practical skills, and an increased understanding of inclusive learning communities within our schools.Through a combination of targeted professional learning and hands‐on experience in schools and classrooms, interns will learn alongside experienced ECSD staff. The pathway is designed to bridge learning with practice, helping participants feel prepared, supported, and connected as they begin their work as Educational Assistants.Participation in the Internship Pathway requires a full‐time commitment for the entire five‐week program.
