and review the activities in assigned areasFuel Yard / Chipping / Ground WoodControl operational activities while respecting environmental targetsEnsures that unloading of Biomass and Chips are done in a secure and efficient manorCoordinate and organize priorities effectivelyContinually assess operational parameters with target KPI intervalsWork with operation employees to optimize costs, maintain desired qualityEnsure operation stabilityTraining and development of team membersProfileCommitted to top performance in a safe work environmentDemonstrated ability to lead a teamAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAble to organize and prioritizeAutonomy and teamwork orientationAbility to adapt to unforeseen situations and a good ability to work under pressuresRequirementsDegree / Trade: Preferably in technical, mechanical, or forestry discipline5 years plus of supervisory experience in production or manufacturing environmentAny other combination of training and relevant experience may be consideredBilingualism is an asset (French and English)
