As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shift, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of staff members. If you have previous experience in a leadership role and possess knowledge of catering in the food production industry, we would love to hear from you.In this role, you will have the opportunity to train and supervise staff members, monitor inventory levels, handle customer complaints, and collaborate with other shift leaders and management to achieve company goals. Shift leaders are also responsible for overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house shifts, as well as providing support to managers, and providing assistance to all areas. Robust communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this position.Responsibilities:Operates as Manager on Duty during scheduled shiftsResolve conflict or complaints from customers and employeesReport any issues that arise during the shift to managementManage dough production plans and baking schedulesOversee store requirements of opening and closing registers,



account for the daily intake, and preparing cash depositsLead shifts of 3-10 team members at a time and be able to open and/or close the store as neededSupervise employees, assign duties, and delegate tasks based on scheduled employeesEnsures employees are following Standard Operating Procedures, following company policies, and safety standardsMentor and train team members and new staffWillingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goodsHigh school or equivalent requiredMust be at least 18 years old2 years of previous leadership experience in restaurant/food industry is requiredBasic phone applications and math skillsAbility to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and conflict resolution skillsProficient in Microsoft office products (word and excel), email, and google calendar/driveValid driver's licenseMust be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbsTipsClosed SundaysFlexible Schedule
