Your mission
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command on the E195-E2, delivering the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer care on every flight.
- Lead flight deck and cabin crews through exemplary airmanship, teamwork, and clear, respectful communication.
- Champion Porter's Safety Management System: identify and report hazards and incidents, comply with Company Safety Policy, and actively promote a just safety culture.
- Deliver Porter's Flying Refined experience, ensuring consistent, elevated passenger service.
- Support an expanding North American schedule with operational flexibility, initiative, and a results focus.
- Model integrity and people leadership; inspire others and recognize and champion change.
What you bring
- Transport Canada ATPL and ICAO English Level 5+.
- Total time: 4,500+ hours.
- Transport-category jet time (CARs 705): 1,000+ hours total, including 500+ hours PIC on transport-category jet aircraft in CARs 705 airline operations.
- Recency: Recent airline flying experience within the last 24 months.
- Work authorization:
Legal ability to work in Canada.
- Travel documents: Current valid Canadian passport, or a valid international passport with a valid U.S. Crewmember Visa (C-1/D).
Pilots who do not meet every minimum may be considered based on overall experience at the discretion of Flight Operations Management.
Preferred assets
- Autothrottle or Generation 4 aircraft experience.
- Type rating or experience on E170/E175/E190/E195 variants.
- Previous CARs 705 airline training and checking experience.
- Aviation college or university degree.
