physicians & facilitate in-house physician visitsWork with Director of Wellness in efforts to maintain complianceSupport team members with care planning executionChampion Health and Safety practices within the homeOther duties and responsibilities as assignedWe are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:RPN or higher designation, with current registration with the College of NursesCurrent First Aide and CPR certifications3-5 years of related nursing experienceExperience in supervision of staff required3-5 year experience in retirement home setting an assetAbility to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectivelyWorking Knowledge of RHRA an assetDemonstrated ability to participated and function in a team orientated environmentExcellent knowledge of MS office, EMAR, MedEcare and related softwareSuperior communication, presentation and interpersonal skillsWHMIS/CPR CertifiedCommitted to resident centred care, and customer/hospitality serviceWhile our Applicant Tracking System uses some AI-enhanced tools, every decision throughout screening, assessing, and selecting candidates is made by real people on our team.This posting is for an upcoming vacancy.
