Key responsibilities include coordinating office activities, meetings and communications; Acting as recording secretary for research and graduate studies committees; assisting with researchevents; Maintaining records and financial information; and supporting graduatestudies, research services and innovation activities.The successful candidate will hold a two-year office administration diploma from a recognized college, along with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. Experience in a post-secondary educational setting would be considered an asset.This position is classified as Wage Grade 50, with a wage range from $27.11 per hour (Step 1) to $34.35 per hour (Step 9). Placement within the salary range will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market conditions.A comprehensive group benefits and pension plan is offered, as well as a tuition subsidy for eligible dependents.Hiring is subject to final budgetary approval.
